To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines when using our Bouncy Castles, Soft Play, and Water Play products. Additionally, please note that all play should be supervised by an adult at all times.

Bouncy Castles:

  1. Remove shoes, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering the bouncy castle.
  2. Avoid overcrowding the bouncy castle and ensure that the maximum user capacity is not exceeded.
  3. Do not climb or hang onto the walls or netting of the bouncy castle.
  4. Flips, somersaults, and rough play are strictly prohibited to prevent injuries.
  5. Only allow children of similar age and size to play together in the bouncy castle.
  6. Keep the bouncy castle away from sharp objects, open flames, and sources of heat.

Soft Play:

  1. Remove shoes and any sharp objects before entering the soft play area.
  2. Ensure that children are supervised closely to prevent accidental injuries.
  3. Discourage climbing on the outside of soft play structures to prevent falls.
  4. Avoid rough play or pushing to maintain a safe play environment.
  5. Cleanse hands before and after playing in the soft play area to minimize the spread of germs.

Water Play:

  1. Provide constant supervision and never leave children unattended near water play areas.
  2. Check the water temperature to ensure it is safe for children.
  3. Ensure that the water play area is free from obstacles or tripping hazards.
  4. Teach children basic water safety rules, such as not running near the water play area.
