How does the booking process work?

  1. Choose Your Date and Time: Select the desired date and time for your event to check availability.
  2. Pick Your Rentals: Browse our selection and choose the rental items that best suit your event needs.
  3. Check Out: Review your selections and provide the necessary event and contact information to complete your booking.
  4. Payment: Secure your reservation by paying a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the equipment.
    • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, we offer the option to reschedule to another date so you won’t lose any money.

At Happy Hoopla, we offer delivery services across the United Arab Emirates. Below are our delivery costs and minimum order values based on the respective cities:

  • Dubai: Free delivery on orders over 750 AED. A 150 AED delivery fee applies to orders below 750 AED.
  • Abu Dhabi: 250 AED delivery fee with a minimum order value of 1000 AED.
  • Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain & Ajman: 250 AED delivery fee with a minimum order value of 750 AED.
  • Ras Al Khaimah: 250 AED delivery fee with a minimum order value of 1000 AED.
  • Fujairah: 500 AED delivery fee with a minimum order value of 1500 AED.
  • Al Ain: 500 AED delivery fee with a minimum order value of 1500 AED.
